2. Adoption & Contacting Founders

• Users can contact project founders via our noreply relay system.
• Messages are delivered with the sender's email as the reply-to.
• Restartup.io does not guarantee delivery, response, or outcomes from communications.

3. Payments

• Free and paid subscriptions are available via Stripe.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance; refunds are not provided unless required by law.

4. Prohibited Use

• No spam, abusive, or illegal content.
• No infringement of intellectual property.
• No attempts to disrupt or overload the platform.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
